Using this website

This site presents information about Jielian Restaurant & Party Centre, its menu, branches, food ordering and booking options. You may browse it, order food and contact the restaurant for personal use. Do not misuse the site or submit false orders or booking requests.

Orders and payments

Submitting checkout places a cash-on-delivery food order with the restaurant and creates an order record. An order received online is pending confirmation by the selected branch. The branch will contact you to confirm item and quantity availability, final price and the delivery or pickup arrangement. The branch may decline an order it cannot fulfill, including an unavailable item or an address outside its Savar delivery area; no cash payment is due for an order declined before handoff. Pay cash only when you receive the food at delivery or pickup. This checkout does not accept online card, wallet or other advance payment.

Checkout delivery times are planning estimates based on the cart, not promised arrival times. A pickup date and time selected online is a request, not a reserved slot; the branch must confirm or agree on another time.

Contact the selected branch promptly if you need to change or cancel an order. Whether a change or cancellation can be accepted depends on the order’s status and food preparation already completed. Your rights under applicable consumer law remain in effect.

Bookings

Sending a booking form is a request. A reservation is confirmed only when the restaurant contacts you and confirms the details. Package prices, menus, dates, capacity, deposits and cancellation terms must be agreed with the branch before a booking is final. Please keep a copy of the agreed details.

Menu information

Menu items, availability, typical preparation estimates and displayed prices can change. Photographs illustrate dishes and actual color, plating and presentation may differ. Ask the branch about current ingredients and allergens before ordering; do not rely on the website alone for an allergy decision. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
